Sorry, but we are not mind readers… what country/state/province are you talking about? Is La a town, or a street name? There are many different "route 702" locations just within the US, and many others in different countries around the world.
In the US, most state routes do have signs along the road, and at junctions to indicate which way the route goes. County or town roads may or may not be marked as as thoroughly.
